Do you need to be home?
In a junk removal scenario, if the items are outside we can dispose them without you being present. In a dumpster rental scenario, as long as there is an agreement on placement/location of dumpster.

Yes. We have years of experience. In most cases, we can give you a quote over the phone with a great description or pics sent via phone. Nonetheless, final price confirmations will be onsite prior to start of work.
